The room was huge and the bathroom too! Breakfast had a rich selection and the staff were nice. The location is central, right by the black stupa The ambiance was like stepping back to luxurious baroque vibes from the 70s.

Nice rooftop pool with a great city view, but our room had rust on the fixtures and a noisy air conditioner.

The junior suite offered me a spacious and clean environment. The bed felt amazing, and the modern amenities made my stay enjoyable. The flat-screen TV and mini-fridge were nice touches, while the pool area served as a perfect retreat to relax in the afternoons. Staff members were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. However, I noted the free toiletries appeared worn out and could use a refresh. Breakfast choices might benefit from more variety, and given the price point, I expected a bit more attention to detail in the room's upkeep.

The ceiling needs repair work, especially near the air conditioning unit!!! Directions to the night market were confusing and incomplete!!!

the air conditioning didn’t work well, which made it uncomfortable. but the breakfast buffet was great, with an omelette bar! the staff helped me order food at night, and the location is super convenient too! !

Just a proper fit for a brief sojourn in Vientiane with high value for money. The air conditioning worked fine during my stay, making my time comfortable despite the heat. Bring your own toiletries, as they were minimal and not very fresh.
